The team of My Fair Lady Lingerie organize a charity Macmillan Cancer Support and catwalk are currently looking for local designers who want to showcase their designs. The catwalk will take place on September 12, 2010 in British paper in Sittingbourne, Kent.
Professional models, photographers, makeup artists and hair stylists who will help at the event and the team has some great designers, but would like to add a few to get on board.
There will also be a fashion auction and raffle to help them more money for this worthwhile cause. All donations to this auction and raffle would be gratefully received.
Tickets will go on sale soon with all of the proceedings to the Macmillan Cancer Support. Watch this space!

Adidas, the official sportswear partner for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, announced on Wednesday, 07/14/2010,, appointed British fashion designer Stella McCartney as creative director for sportswear adidas Team GB bandwidth.
McCartney will oversee design of the kit and wear performance athlete village wear (after the events loungewear) and the outfits for the presentation ceremonies. This is the first time that a leading fashion designer has worked with a major sporting brand sportswear for the National Olympic and Paralympic Teams design.
There will also be a series of Adidas ladies and menswear collections available to the public sale of the autumn.
On one of the hottest days of the year so far in London and southeast England, fashionistas and wannabe models arrived in London’s Earls Court for the clothes show in London. Show clothes thrown by the brand as “Fabulous shopping, catwalk shows and autumn / winter preview”, the arena was buzzing with chatter and coo about fashion handbags, shoes and lots of beautiful floral dresses.
The main focus of the event is the fashion show Fashion Theatre. A 45 minute extravaganza of fashion, theme cities around the world, including mixed-with some great dance in harmony with the chosen cities. The choreography was well done and the music hit the spot, while the graphics and artwork to link everything together was wonderful. The show featured 415 different outfits mixing designer, couture, high street and boutique collections.
The show began in Tokyo, Japan with a great dance display based on the film Kill Bill, then quickly moves on a catwalk style Cosplay, Harajuku cute outfits that were loud and proud. Think neon pink, outrageous capes made of soft toys and color in your face collisions.

Who is she?
Katie, a London-based designer, graduated with a Masters from the famous Royal College of Art, London. She has an incredibly striking, raw talent, along with some great attitude that helps her to create bold and noble menswear collections.
Katie was ready to head to Paris after graduation, with the hope of working with great designers like John Galliano and Jean Paul Gaultier, her latest collection of her Masters has been viewed by the fashionable British Vogue team and was picked up for a photoshoot by none other than the famous Mario Testino and Kate Moss modeled. Vogue Menswear turned in fashionable women’s clothing, a new concept. Katie described the Vogue to take its collection through a women’s eye line as a single, but the response is so beautiful. There is potential for a future Womenswear range. “Katie is overwhelmed by the interest in her collection.
What makes her inspiration?
Katie’s base for its collections show a strong notion of taking the books they read. Her latest A / W 1910 inspired the novel The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov, who deals with the interplay of good and evil. The concept of light and dark silhouettes and how the devil comes into our lives provides a powerful, yet dark presence in her work. “Therefore my collection a take on the military equipment and an exploration of scale and proportion” is Katie explains.

Fire KM COUTURE was founded in March 2009 by Mounia Khalladi. “I’ve always designed dresses for myself and my friends loved them. The Collection
The KM COUTURE Caftan collection stems from the story of the Kaftan, dating from the Greco-Roman. Originally, only the sultans and their wives had the privilege of obtaining a garment with expensive materials. The kaftan has appeared in North Africa in the 3rd century AD. Today, the kaftan throughout the world, in evening dress, tunics and interiors. Mounia “would like to continue this process by bringing together the necessary combination of Eastern and Western cultures and at a reasonable price, so that each woman, the possibility of this style of dress to wear it.” The collection is inspired by moments in life Mounia and her travels around the world, “My eyes are always wide open, and a paper and a pencil is always close to me”.
